Finished video

So here we are, after a very long edition process we have finally finished editing our music video "The Killers- Mr Brightside" together and it is completely finished.

We did encounter some difficulties in the editing process, having never used Adobe Premiere Pro before, i was tough to get to grip with the software and be able to use it to the best of my abilities. However after sometime it became easier to use, and a lot easier to fit our video clips together to come out with a successful end product.

Luckily we had amassed together a good amount of footage, which let us pick and choose which shots to use, and where to place them to make the story fit better. On the other hand this did leave me with a decision to make on the length of our video. I felt that what we had was enough and to try and extend the video any further we lessen the end product, so instead we have finished the video where it is and cut the song down from 3:45 seconds to 3:03. I feel this was an ideal compromise to maintain a good standard of product.

Overall I am happy with it, for the little experience I had in the editing side of things, I think our use of varied camera angle and different shots, along with some smart cuts has left made me quite happy with our end product.
