After long discussion, me and my colleague have decided that it would be best if we changed our main idea. We felt that our original idea would become to complicated to finish successfully, and was a lot harder to maintain a good quality of work, therefore switching to a different idea makes it a lot easier for us to make something that actually works very well.
Basically, our new idea is a love triangle, using the song "The Killers-Mr Brightside" about the fight between two boys over the girl, and showing how these once best friends become separated as the girl become a more prominent part of the other boys life.
We feel this idea is a lot stronger, and gives us more scope to use different techniques and camera angles and wider use of locations for filming.
